Dr. Thomas Burge has helped patients move, feel, and live better in Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, Delta, and Langley since 1993. He holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and a Doctorate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
As BC’s first certified chiropractor in Postural Neurology, he uses advanced testing to correct posture, reduce pain, and improve mobility. He’s trained in Diversified, A.R.T., T.R.T., Activator, and Neuro-Postural Rehab, and certified in Bio-Flex Laser and Shockwave Therapy.
Dr. Burge supports local charities, volunteers with Little People of BC, served the Surrey Eagles, and enjoys cycling, golf, and family time.
Dr. Gordon Presgrave is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for healing, movement, and natural recovery.
A former competitive swimmer, he developed an early interest in injury prevention and the body’s potential to heal. He earned his BSc in Biology from the University of Victoria and his Doctorate of Chiropractic in California, with training across the U.S. and Canada in anatomy, physiology, and holistic health. While studying, he worked as a lifeguard and continued building hands-on skills.
Now based in coastal BC, he combines adjustments and soft tissue therapy to help patients understand their bodies, stretch smarter, and move pain-free.
Our Process
We make your care experience simple and supportive. From your first visit to your personalized treatment plan, we guide you every step with compassion, clarity, and expert care.
Start with a comprehensive health intake with the doctor, outlining your health goals.
We use scans, exams, and imaging to check posture, movement, and nerve function.
You’ll receive your care plan, start treatment & begin adjunctive therapies like laser & kinesiology.
After 10–13 visits, we review your progress and adjust your plan for lasting wellness.

We currently accept third-party direct billing for Medavie Blue Cross (RCMP and Veterans Affairs), Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, and Canada Life. Coverage depends on your plan’s limits and details—additional payment may be required if there’s a co-payment or deductible.
We also submit claims through TELUS Health eClaims, which connects us to many major insurance providers for faster, easier direct billing.
In order for us to provide the best service and care to our patients we ask that you please spend a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our clinic policies.
SCHEDULING
In most cases a course of care has been specifically designed for your health issue. Making your appointments is paramount in the improvement of your health and well-being. We will give you a personal appointment calendar to help you become familiar with your dates and times that have been reserved for you. We will always schedule you out to your next Exam Time.
MISSED AND CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
Please kindly give us 24 hours to Reschedule or Cancel your appointment – exception will be given for extenuating circumstances. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your account that is equal to either an Adjustment or Laser appointment time. Any missed appointment must be made up within 24 hours. After three missed appointments, your doctor or therapist may dismiss you from care.
