Under the Enhanced Care coverage introduced by the B.C. government and ICBC in 2021, British Columbians injured in a crash can access significantly enhanced recovery benefits—regardless of fault.
What This Means for You
With an active ICBC claim, your initial chiropractic exam and up to 24 sessions (or 12 weeks of care) are fully covered—with no out-of-pocket costs to you. This allows you to focus on healing without financial stress.

How to Qualify for ICBC-Covered Care
To receive ICBC-funded chiropractic treatment, please provide the following:
✅ ICBC Claim Number
✅ Driver’s License Number
✅ PHN (Provincial Health Number) (Found on the back of your Driver’s License.)
When booking your initial appointment, inform our front desk that you have an active ICBC claim so we can prepare the necessary paperwork.
Direct Billing
No out-of-pocket expenses when your care falls within ICBC’s approved coverage.
Treatment
Your chiropractor will recommend a care plan based on your condition and best recovery practices.
No-Show
ICBC does not cover missed appointments. Our clinic’s standard cancellation policy applies.
One Session
ICBC only funds one session per discipline per day. They do not cover multiple sessions per day.
